North Beach are excited to announce we are opening a brand new store at Tower Junction October 2025.
We are looking for competitive, experienced Managers who know how to bring the energy and drive this new team to success.
You will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible. We are searching for people who have strong leadership skills, results driven and ready to get stuck in with the team.
You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.
What you’ll be doing:
• Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
• Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
Roles available: Assistant Manager, and Section Managers.
You will be working 43 hrs per week including one weekend day and
you must be available to work Public Holidays and throughout the Christmas trade period.
