Description
North Beach Silverdale is looking for a competitive, experienced Store Manager who knows how to bring the energy and drive this team to success!
You will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible. We are searching for somebody who has strong leadership skills, results driven and ready to get stuck in with the team.
You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading an epic team of 20+ retail staff
• Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
• Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
You will be working Tuesday to Saturday approximately 43-45 hours per week.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday 43 hours per week, and you must also be available to work Public Holidays.
