Head down south with our team for a bitta' BTS you didn't know you needed to see. From early mornings to epic views, good company and even better vibes. Months of careful planning, brainstorming and some good ol' creative blood sweat and tears - we finally got the chance to travel to the EPIC Ben Nevis Station. We CANNOT wait to share with you our favourite moments of our experience along the way, so strap in for 3 days worth of content that might inspire your next adventure.

After months of careful planning and ideation, sitting on the plane I still didn't believe it was really happening.. Hell, flying over the Remarkables still didn't make it real! Standing amongst thousands of hectares of beautiful southern landscape didn't make it so. But after constant reminders of the reality that this is my job, and to hurry up and stop day dreaming and take the shot, I snap into action.

From collaboration between the most talented team of creatives, driving through hills in a buggy at breakneck speeds, petting horses eye to eye, and standing in the middle of a trout fish river on the hood of an ATV, or even seeing your boss get soaked driving through a river - I couldn't pick one favourite moment, because it would be unfair to the whole experience itself. Recently, I had the opportunity to go with the North Beach team to a stunning location in South Island called Ben Nevis Station. The location was breathtakingly beautiful with picturesque landscapes. The team worked tirelessly, setting up shots and angles that would best showcase the natural beauty of the place. There was definitely a lot of laughter which made the shoot a lot more fun!

My favourite moment was definitely when we were shooting the sunrise aspect, an early morning but stunning views!!!

Overall, it was an incredible trip, and I feel grateful for having had the opportunity to be a part of it. The location was a true gem, and I hope the video will showcase the brands, products and grandness of the location.

From knowing the bare minimum about this place to learning the history and beauty behind it while shooting throughout its many amazing locations-I’m obsessed! As the stylist I get to create outfits, dress the models, decide on the hair, and make up and help with poses and compositions – Not a bad job, right! We are lucky enough to have a tight-knit team that thrives off creative thinking, so we put our heads together to pull off one of the most epic campaigns yet!

HIGHLIGHT: Imagine this: You’re sitting on the edge of a vast, rolling landscape that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Holding onto the ‘Holy-Shit-Handle’, Mark the operations manager, guide and expert ATV driver decides to show me just how pretty Ben Nevis really is at 140KM/PH. Safe to say that was one of many highlights.

As I'm looking out over the vast landscape, at the wonder of Mother Nature, I pause for a moment to take it all in.. how can I possibly choose one "best bit" when the ENTIRE Wander campaign experience is my favorite part.

Core. Memory. Unlocked.

From checklists, model coordination, behind the scene snapshots to LITERAL ‘fit checks, my assistance on the campaign was forever changing and adapting to what was needed at any given time. Sadly buggy driver wasn’t ticked off the bucket list this time.. but I can say horse whisperer was!

We may not have had to climb the mountain (thank you 4 wheel drive) to get it but that summit surge of accomplishment was felt all the same. Working alongside the extremely talented creatives of our Q Crew team in the most other worldly location will forever be my North Beach highlight.
