Returns & Exchanges

Buying online can be tricky, so to give you the best possible experience, most items purchased online can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund as long as they meet all return requirements.

  • Full Price & Sale Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • Clearance products (reduced by 50% or more) are not eligible for return

Returned items must be in un-worn, new condition with all original tags attached.

Returns can be taken into your local North Beach store, or couriered back to us using a Track & Trace Delivery Service. All returns must include a Returns Form detailing your return instructions.

Swimwear - We accept returns for swimwear purchased online, as long as the original hygiene sticker is attached and the garment is in un-worn condition. Swimwear purchased in a set must be returned in a set. For in-store Swimwear Purchases, we will accept returns for Separate Swim Tops, but will not accept returns for Separate Swim Pants / Bottoms or Swimwear Sets.

Underwear - Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns for underwear or earrings.

Gift Cards - We do not accept any returns for Gift Cards purchases.

Clearance - Products identified and advertised as Clearance have been reduced by 50% or more and are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Faulty items - If any items are deemed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding faulty products purchased at North Beach.
